The Gettysburg Wine & Fruit Trail Brochures with Passports are available at convenient locations through out the South Mountain Region. Where? All Members and Friends of the Trail should have plenty on hand; local Visitor’s Centers, hotels and PA Turnpike kiosks will have supplies, too.

On behalf of Kathy Reid, President of the Gettysburg Wine & Fruit Trail, and all our members, we would like to thank everyone who has supported this cause and made it wildly successful.  We promise to continue to work hard  to make your journey into the hills, byways and back roads of the South Mountain Region even more enjoyable than ever in as we move forward by rewarding guests with our popular GWFT hat- FREE after visiting six members and two FREE GWFT wine glasses after visiting twelve members(good through December 2016!)

The Gettysburg Wine & Fruit Trail showcases the historic and contemporary face of agriculture of the South Mountain Region. Our members are a diverse group with one thing in common: they are all family owned and operated by residents of the South Mountain Region. Our family farm member range from small family farms generations old to first generation farmers and new organic growers.

Along the Trail you will find mature apple orchards and old-time cider makers, young vineyards,wineries and distilleries, farm to table restaurants, taverns, cafes and inns, creative cuisine served in remarkable settings and overnight accommodations in extraordinary  Inns and boutique Bed & Breakfasts.  Immerse yourself in the story of the South Mountain Region through unique cultural and living history venues.
